Fellowship, resilience, respect, discipline, perseverance, fun… the values of sports are an inherent part of residence hall spirit. Our institutions offer you multiple facilities to practice your favorite sport: paddle tennis, rugby, soccer, yoga, basketball, boxing or skiing. Cultivate your mind and body!

WE ARE SCIENCE

Workshops focused on mechanics and architecture, ecological gardens, 3D printers, talks with personalities from economic and social spheres, visits to public and scientific institutions, and political courses are just a small sample of the activities and services offered by residence halls.

The acronym USR has a double meaning for us: University Social Responsibility. Residence halls have numerous national and international volunteer programs. Impact at local level and cooperation in the world are implemented through initiatives that are organized and promoted by the university students themselves. The vocation of public service and the will to be active citizens ready to face social challenges are inherent elements of our university DNA.

): I joined the residence hall in 1989. Those were very exciting years. In this hall of residence, I had the permanent feeling of discovery. Everything was brand new. There was the possibility to participate in thousands of cultural activities, to take part in conferences and debates, to talk with other students who belonged to other disciplines, but they could complement your vision. It ended up sculpting us firstly as people, secondly as students and thirdly as professionals. It provided me with perspective and life.

What I remember very fondly from those years are the people I had the opportunity to meet. It was a very exciting experience for me, both in terms of life and academics. It was also a great privilege. A differential point regarding residence halls is the possibility of sharing ideas, discussing knowledge and academic perspectives. And, of course, the experiences I had thanks to cultural activities that were generated there and the possibilities to develop creative initiatives.
